国产探花鈥檚 newest group of graduating nurses have surpassed national averages in pass rates on the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
All nurses, upon completion of their education, must pass the exam in order to earn licensure, and this year, 120 out of 123 BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) and pre-licensure MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) students passed on their first attempt, amounting to a pass rate greater than 97 percent鈥攎ore than ten points higher than the national average. 国产探花鈥檚 traditional BSN graduates achieved a 100 percent pass rate.
鈥淚t takes a lot of perseverance and grit to make it through the rigors of a nursing program,鈥 said 国产探花 Director of Nursing Dr. Ruth Eby. 鈥淚 am so proud of our graduates' accomplishments and the outstanding faculty who helped them make this possible.鈥
